We’re sorry to hear you left something behind. Below you’ll find The HOP’s Lost & Found Policy. If you misplaced an item while riding with The HOP or during an Uber courtesy ride arranged through The HOP, we are your main point of contact.
A Lost & Found form must be completed for all items. Please use the form below to report your lost item and begin the claim process.
Please remember that Uber is provided as a courtesy service through The HOP.
If you believe you left an item behind during your Uber trip, please follow the steps below based on your situation so we can help as quickly as possible.
Using the Uber app: If your trip was completed through Uber and you still have access to the Uber app, you must contact Uber first to start the lost and found process. Uber manages lost items for trips served by their team and vehicles.
Once you’ve submitted a lost item request with Uber, The HOP can serve as a secondary point of contact if additional support is needed.
If you do not have the Uber app or have lost your phone: If you do not have access to the Uber app (such as in cases where your phone was lost during your ride) you can: Complete the Lost & Found form available on our website (linked at the top of the page), or contact our Customer Service team, who will complete the Lost & Found form on your behalf.
