The HOP is soliciting public feedback on proposed service changes to ensure that our transportation system remains equitable, accessible, and responsive to the needs of all communities. As part of our commitment to Title VI of the Civil Rights Act of 1964, we are required to evaluate whether these changes may have a disparate impact on minority or low-income populations.
Your input helps us make informed decisions, improve service delivery, and uphold our responsibility to provide fair and nondiscriminatory access to public transit for everyone we serve. Learn more about the proposed changes and ways that the public can provide feedback below.
The HOP is currently recommending the following service changes, effective September 29, 2025. We welcome the public's feedback on these proposed changes. Feedback can be submitted via online form, through an in-person comment card, or by sending an email. Please see below for additional details and links to commenting options.
Proposed Changes: Launch a new 6-month microtransit pilot in Rockdale. Will provide Rockdale-to-Rockdale Trips only. Implement Microtransit fares with discounts. Bookings available in rider app or by calling.

County to county trips will require a 24-hour advance booking. This will allow a single seat ride into the Urban system. Transfers may be required in the Urban System.
Proposed Changes: Remove Rural Regional Commuter $6 fare due to the discontinuation of services.
Proposed Changes: Implement Demand Response fares and include the same discounts available in the microtransit service.
Proposed Changes: Establish discounted fares for Demand Response services.
Proposed Changes: Reduce the number of vehicle. Adjust the time tables for minimal impact to wait times. Maintain Mobility Hub locations and service hours.
