We’re sorry to hear you left something behind. Below you’ll find The HOP’s Lost & Found Policy. If you misplaced an item while riding with The HOP or during an Uber courtesy ride arranged through The HOP, we are your main point of contact.


A Lost & Found form must be completed for all items. Please use the  form below to report your lost item and begin the claim process.

Please remember that Uber is provided as a courtesy service through The HOP.

If you’ve lost an item during an Uber Courtesy trip please try contacting your Uber driver directly through the Uber app. If you’re unable to reach your driver, you may complete the form linked above to begin the claim process.
